This spot is very nice during the whole year and all light situations.
Equipment: a very tall tripod is good because one of the good spots is right on the bridge and you have to bring the camera over the railing.

Reine and Hamnoy from the Reinebringer - Lofoten - Norway
This spot is bit more sporty to reach, its on the Reinebringer. There is a hiking path on the top, but its around 1 hour to reach the top.
Equipment: as less as possible ;D.
